It’s where we spend the most time and is the base of EVERYTHING else we do in the DYC Academy!

Phase Two - YOUR VISION!
What do you really want your life to look like? Do you remember what you used to dream about for your life?
In this phase we go deep, we reignite dreams and we plan for the future!
This is your time to design a business around your ideal life instead of life around your career!

Phase Three - YOUR MISSION!
We are all put on this earth to solve a problem and serve others. This is where we find out what your true mission is by going through a step by step process!
I guarantee in this phase, you will be asked questions no one has ever asked you before. AND you will be stretched out of your comfort zone!

Phase Four - YOUR IMPACT!
What is the impact YOU can make on the world around you?
Once we get to this phase in the program it will become clear (er) what your ideal career truly is. In this step you will create an action plan to start living in your calling (aka ideal career) so you can make a lasting impact on the world(or people) around you!
This is more than just a career transition course.
When we work together, you’ll unleash your natural talents, set a clear vision for your ideal life, discover your driving mission, and create a clear action plan to positively impact your world!

Sheri Miter
As a Gallup Certified StrengthsCoach™ and Visionary Strategist, I’m on a mission to help others create a future that’s true to them. My number one strength is Futuristic® which means I have a gift and the capacity to help others see the possibilities that exist and not only envision what the coming months, years, or decades should be like but transform their aspirations into reality.
I built a top team in Network Marketing, mentoring 100’s of women to reach their potential and find success. Despite the outward success, one day, I found myself saying, “ is this it?” & “is it ever enough?” I had a gnawing feeling and angst that something was amiss. I went on a long search to figure out what it was and realized it was time to step away from that career and start something new.
Diving into my strengths gave me the courage I needed to step away from one career and go on a journey of discovery to find a new course for my life. That journey took me three years and a lot of wasted time and money to find my calling. But it helped me design what is now the Discovering Your Calling Journey!
I know today that my calling is to help you unleash your strengths and maximize your potential!
When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my growing family or sailing off on our next big adventure! My husband & I are avid sailors, which is why I love to use a lot of sailing analogies in my training.
