After more than 25 years leading and mentoring teams, I've seen firsthand what happens when people understand and leverage their strengths.
As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach, speaker, author, and workshop facilitator, I help leaders and teams communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships, and create lasting results.
My own strengths naturally shape the way I facilitate. With Futuristic®, Strategic®, and Maximizer® among my top CliftonStrengths themes, I help teams see what's possible, identify opportunities for growth, and create practical paths forward. Self-Assurance® and Command® allow me to ask the questions others avoid, facilitate meaningful conversations, and help groups move from insight to action.
